Unscrew the retainer from your Forever Bottle, and push out the roller ball from the retainer. Wash the inside of the bottle, the retainer, ball and cap with soap and warm water. Once clean, dry the bottle with a clean tissue before refilling. Fill up your Forever Bottle using the refill and reattach the retainer and roller ball tightly. Store your refill for next time. When you finish it, rinse and recycle the refill bottle. Get a new Thankyou refill and repeat.
