That’s why we offer a 30 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive your products. If you are not satisfied with your products, please  contact us or phone 1300 655 887 within that time so that we can help.

A few things to note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable and we recommend you prepay all the postage.
  • Thankyou Co will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit, so consider insurance where appropriate
  • Your refund will be processed via the same payment method or card used for the original purchase.
  • If your item/s are damaged or faulty, the above criteria does not apply.
  • Our Returns Policy is not intended to override or limit your statutory rights in any way.  

How long will it take to process my return?

Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for the funds from a return to be processed. You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.  

 Can I exchange an item/s on my order?

Sorry we can’t do exchanges on online orders. If you wish to exchange your purchase you will be refunded for the original item and need to make a new purchase.
