  2. Never break rule 1

That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the time you receive your products. If you are not satisfied with your products, please contact us at shop@thankyou.co so that we can help.

A few things to note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable and we recommend you prepay all the postage.
  • Thankyou will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit, so consider insurance where appropriate
  • Your refund will be processed via the same payment method or card used for the original purchase.
  • If your item/s are damaged or faulty, the above criteria does not apply.
  • Our Returns Policy is not intended to override or limit your statutory rights in any way.  

How long will it take to process my return?

Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for the funds from a return to be processed. You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.  

 Can I exchange an item/s on my order?

Sorry we can’t do exchanges on online orders. If you wish to exchange your purchase you will be refunded for the original item and need to make a new purchase.
