Delivery Information

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $79.00; orders below this value are charged at a flat rate of $9.95. Your products are shipped from our warehouse in Victoria and our standard shipping option delivers in 3-7 business days for most Metro and inner-regional postcodes, excluding WA, NT & Tasmania.  Once it is sent you will be notified via email with a tracking number.

Orders placed before noon AEST on business days will normally be packed and dispatched on the same day. In busy trading periods, orders may take longer due to high volumes. Once dispatched with Australia Post, expected delivery times for each region are as follows:

Standard Shipping Times

  • Metro 3-7 business days
  • Regional 4-9 business days
  • Remote 4-11 business days

Please note delivery timeframes are a guide, it  may take a little longer during peak periods, weather events or other postal service delivery issues that are outside of our control. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been processed.
