So, the year has started a little different to how we’d all planned. It turns out global supply chains (and everyone else) were not ready for what 2020 had in store.
We know it can be kind of disconcerting when you go to buy a product you love and it’s sold out. You have probably seen our products go out of stock, come back in stock, only to go out of stock again at our local retailer. And you'll likely have seen we’ve had to hit pause on our online store as we manage the increased demand. We’re so sorry if this has disrupted your ability to easily access our products right now. We know this can be super frustrating, but this theme will most likely continue for the next few weeks while we figure it out together.
While our online store is offline (and we're not sure how much longer it will be M.I.A for), we recommend looking for our products in-store at Coles, Woolworths, Chemist Warehouse and a variety of independent grocers and pharmacies, or heading to their online stores at the link below:
We are doing our very best to ensure that they are available in the market, but there are many elements outside of our control. Stock availability is fluctuating everywhere, so it would be worth checking stores every few days for changes.
The good news is that humans are awesome, resilient and good at solving problems. We’ve got a team working all hands on deck (while isolating at home), creatively thinking through how we supply more over the coming months to get our products into your hands as soon as we can!
