Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You are entitled to a full refund of on any one of our products if:

● the product is faulty;

● the product is not fit for purpose; or

● the product is not as it is described.

You are not entitled to a refund if:

● you change your mind;

● the product is not to your personal taste or liking;

● the product did not achieve what you personally expected it to achieve; or

● there are obvious signs that the product has already been used extensively prior to your request for a refund.

Depending on the type of product you have purchased, further information is provided below to help you understand when we will provide you with a refund.

Refund claim

To claim your refund, you can take the product back to the place of purchase with proof of purchase in accordance with that retailer’s refund policy. If the place of purchase was Thankyou, you can apply for a refund from Thankyou by emailing [email protected]. Thankyou reserves the right to not provide a refund if there is no receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping

If Thankyou has asked you to return your product for investigation purposes, Thankyou will provide a pre-paid post bag for your convenience. If you are returning the product at your own discretion, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take to complete this process may vary.

If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the item(s) caused by your nominated shipping or delivery service.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) Where a refund has been approved but not yet received, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].

PERSONAL CARE PRODUCTS

Please check all product ingredients on the label carefully for any allergy concerns or concerns regarding side effects.

Thankyou cannot guarantee individual reactions to a product and will not be obliged to provide a refund (so long as the product complies with general consumer safety requirements) if your personal reaction is not what you expected.


NAPPIES

If the size of the nappy being used on your little one isn’t quite right, performance can be affected. Please note that Thankyou is not liable for leaking nappies where it is determined that sizing is the issue.

It is also important to note that if you have recently changed nappy brands, this change can cause skin reactions, simply because of the change, not because there is anything wrong with the nappy itself. If the reaction is particularly concerning or continues, please discontinue use.

We take extreme care to ensure that our nappies are hypo-allergenically tested and are free from nasties to protect your babies skin. However, all skin types are unique and sometimes reactions do occur. Please note that Thankyou does not guarantee that our nappies will suit every skin type. We are not liable and are not required to provide a refund (so long as the product meets general consumer safety standards) in the event of skin reactions.


CHAPTER ONE

You are entitled to a refund or a replacement of Chapter One (paperback version) if the product you receive is clearly damaged upon arrival.

Please note that as the Chapter One audio book and e-book are downloadable products, they are non-refundable.


GIFTS & OTHER PRODUCTS

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Thankyou if a gift you have purchased on behalf of someone else has not been delivered. Upon notification we will investigate and ensure that the gift is delivered and received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gift cards are not refundable.
