  1. Unscrew the roller ball and its retainer from your Forever Bottle.
  2. Wash and dry your Forever Bottle, retainer, cap and ball.
  3. Fill up your Forever Bottle using the refill and reattach the retainer and roller ball.
  4. Store your refill for next time. When you finish it, rinse and recycle the refill bottle. 
  5. Get a new Thankyou refill and repeat.
