Thankyou “Who Cares Wins – Care Champion” Competition

This promotion is conducted by Thankyou Group Pty Ltd ABN 40 132 861 879 of Level 4/459 Church St, Richmond VIC 3121 (Promoter).

  1. Promotion Period
    The promotion opens at 5:00 PM AEST on Tuesday 1 September 2026 and closes at 7:00 PM AEST on Friday 11 September 2026 (Promotion Period).

  2. Eligibility
    Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees, directors and immediate family members of the Promoter and its related entities are not eligible to enter.

  3. How to Enter
    To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
    a) have a public or otherwise identifiable Instagram account; and
    b) comment on eligible Who Cares Wins campaign content published by @thankyouaus during the Promotion Period.
    Entrants may comment multiple times across eligible Who Cares Wins campaign posts during the Promotion Period. Each valid comment will count towards the entrant’s total number of comments for the purposes of determining the Care Champion.

  4. Eligible Comments
    For a comment to count, it must:
    a) be posted during the Promotion Period on eligible Who Cares Wins campaign content published by @thankyouaus;
    b) be a genuine contribution to the campaign conversation; and
    c) comply with Instagram’s Community Guidelines.
    Duplicate, repetitive, spam, automated, bot-generated, indecipherable, offensive, misleading or unlawful comments may be excluded at the Promoter’s discretion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of comments and entrants.
    For the avoidance of doubt, where a comment is intended to count as a community vote for a Who Cares Wins team, it must tag the Instagram handle of the brand being voted for.

  5. Prize
    There will be one (1) winning entrant, who will be crowned the Who Cares Wins Care Champion.
    The winner will receive one (1) Ultimate Care Pack containing:

    The total prize pool is AUD $80.70.
    The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless otherwise required by law.

  6. Winner Selection
    This is not a game of chance.
    Following the end of the Promotion Period, the Promoter will review all eligible comments made across eligible Who Cares Wins campaign content.
    The eligible entrant who has made the highest number of valid comments during the Promotion Period will be crowned the Care Champion and awarded the prize.
    The Promoter’s decision is final, subject to applicable law.

  7. Winner Determination
    The winner will be determined by 5:00 PM AEST on Tuesday 15 September 2026 at 1 Western Ave, North Manly, NSW 2100.

  8. Winner Notification
    The winning entrant will be contacted by direct message via Instagram within three (3) business days of the winner being determined.
    The winner’s Instagram handle and/or name may also be announced on the Promoter’s Instagram account, including via campaign content, Stories or comments.

  9. Claiming the Prize
    The winning entrant must respond within five (5) business days of being contacted and provide any details reasonably required to deliver the prize, including an Australian postal address.
    If the winner does not respond within this period, is found to be ineligible or cannot accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the eligible entrant with the next-highest number of valid comments.

  10. Instagram
    This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram. By entering, entrants release Instagram from any liability arising in connection with this promotion.

  11. Use of Entries
    By entering, entrants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use and reproduce their entry content for the purpose of administering and promoting the competition, including on social media, website and email, unless prohibited by law.

  12. Privacy
    Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and used for the purposes of administering the promotion and delivering the prize.

  13. General
    The Promoter reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to cancel, suspend or modify the promotion if necessary, including where the promotion cannot be conducted as planned due to technical issues, unauthorised intervention or other causes beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
    The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, uses automated means to generate comments or otherwise attempts to manipulate the competition.

  14. Liability
    Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or the acceptance or use of the prize.
