Promoter
This promotion is conducted by Thankyou Group Pty Ltd ABN 40 132 861 879 of Level 4/459 Church St, RICHMOND VIC 3121 (Promoter).

1. Promotion Period
   The promotion opens at 5:00 PM AEDT on Friday 1st May 2026 and closes at 12:00 PM AEDT on Friday 22nd May (Promotion Period).

2. Eligibility
   Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees, directors and immediate family members of the Promoter and its related entities are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter
   To enter, eligible entrants must during the Promotion Period:
   a) follow @thankyouaus on Instagram; and
   b) comment on the promotional post with the name of someone they want to say thank you to, and why.

4. Entry Conditions
   Entries must be received during the Promotion Period. Incomplete, indecipherable, offensive, misleading or unlawful entries may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.

5. Prize
   There will be one (1) winning entrant. The winning entrant will receive one (1) Thankyou prize pack valued at AUD $85.
   Subject to clause 7, the person nominated in the winning entry will also receive one (1) Thankyou prize pack valued at AUD $85.
   The total prize pool is AUD $170.

6. Nominated Friend Prize Conditions
   The person named in the winning entry must be an Australian resident and aged 18 years or over to receive the nominated friend prize. The winning entrant is responsible for ensuring they have permission to provide the nominated friend's details to the Promoter for prize fulfilment.
   If the nominated friend is ineligible, cannot be contacted, declines the prize, or does not provide required delivery details within 21 business days, the Promoter may, in its discretion, forfeit that prize or award it to another eligible nominated person drawn from the remaining valid entries.

7. Winner Selection
   This is a game of chance. The winning entrant will be drawn at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.

8. Draw Details
   The draw will take place at 5:00 PM AEDT on Friday 1st May at 1 Western Ave, North Manly, NSW 2100.

9. Winner Notification
   The winning entrant will be contacted by direct message via Instagram within 3 business days of the draw. The winner's name may also be published on the Promoter's Instagram account via the competition comments.

10. Claiming the Prize
    The winning entrant must respond within 5 business days of being contacted and provide any details reasonably required to deliver the prize, including an Australian postal address and contact details for the nominated friend. If the winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

11. Redraw
    If required, a redraw will take place at 10:00 AM AEDT on Wednesday 3rd June at the same location as the original draw. Any redraw winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message within 3 business days.

12. Instagram
    This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram. By entering, entrants release Instagram from any liability arising in connection with this promotion.

13. Use of Entries
    By entering, entrants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use and reproduce their entry content for the purpose of administering the promotion and for related promotional purposes, including on social media, website and email, unless prohibited by law.

14. Privacy
    Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available here, and used for the purposes of administering the promotion and delivering the prize.

15. General
    The Promoter reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to cancel, suspend or modify the promotion if necessary, including where the promotion cannot be conducted as planned due to technical issues, unauthorised intervention or other causes beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.

16. Liability
    Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or the acceptance or use of the prize.
